The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. The bathroom with mirrors on three sides is a unique touch. Kitchen and reception are good. It's a quiet place, not noisy at all.
Liked everything.

I liked my bed as it was comfortable and the breakfast. Clean bathroom but without paper towel unfortunately.
People were talking loud on the corridor even after midnight, so it was a bit disturbing.

The location of the hostel is great, as it is right beside the old town. This allows for easy access to the attractions and sights of the city. Additionally, the hostel offers capsules beds that provide more privacy for guests, which is a definite advantage. The locker under the bed is also accessible and provides a safe place to store belongings.
There was some noise from the other guests, which made it difficult to fall asleep at times.

Nice location, between the train station and the main street. Good room ; nice kitchen, clean showers
The first morning, the breakfast was a real mess ! There was almost nothing left to eat, when we arrived in the kitchen, and there where many dirty dishes in the the sink, on the sideboard and in the dishwasher. (This, of course, is as much due to the other guests, as to the hotel staff !) Anyway, we had to search for someone from the staff, to give us some bread and milk. The second day, we were glad to see that the breakfast was much better organised.

My friend and I stayed at this hostel for a few nights during our trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Długa street and close to both the train station and the old town. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the comfortable beds. Despite the central location, the hostel was surprisingly calm and quiet. One night, we even had the entire 8-bed dorm to ourselves. we had a great experience at this hostel and would highly recommend it to others.
Would be happy to recommend this hostel.

Well-equipped kitchenette (so state of the art it took us a little while to figure out how to use it!) Lots of flashy new tellies, good places to chill or be sociable. And very decent bathrooms, even if you could kinda see through the opaque glass door. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, and the location was fairly perfect between the station and the old town.
One big problem: the street wall is covered with a huge advert. It doesn't matter about the view, there isn't really one, but what did matter to us was the floodlight used throughout the night, which shone directly in our window, making it nearly impossible to sleep despite the blind. Nothing was done despite our query, and I suspect they hear this problem quite often. For this reason alone I wouldn't stay here another night.

First of all, it is located very close to the city center and train station. Second, even though the prices are very low the place is fantastic compared to other low price accomodations. It is very clean, people there are extremely nice and helpful and the hotel provides lots of facilities. I would recommend this place to everybody coming to Gdansk, you will not regret it.

I had a great time staying at 3 City Hostel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with downtown and the train station within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the hostel itself had a pleasant atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the big and modern kitchen, as well as the 24-hour reception. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and I appreciated the option to lock away my backpack. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hostel to others.

To start this is more of a hotel rather than a hostel! The rooms were lovely and clean and bathrooms as well. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils although breakfasts we're a little on the boring side with only bread, jam, procesed cheese and tea and coffee on offer. It would be nice to have real cheese, maybe some ham and even boiled eggs and fresh orange juice. Whilst there were no laundry facilities in the hostel nor in town, the lovely Julia organised for our washing to be done through the laundry the hostel uses. Julia and Barbara at reception were fantastic, very proud of their beautiful new hostel and determined to make it the best in Gdansk! You don't have very far to go ladies!!!
